About Our Service

mmr9 is a digital platform providing online gaming and football betting services for players in Myanmar. The platform includes Live Casino, Slots, football betting, Esports betting, 3D lottery, and other games. Services are provided in accordance with the terms stated on this page and any supplementary policies published from time to time.

What Constitutes Agreement

Age Requirement

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete personal information when creating an account. Each person is allowed only one account. Creating duplicate accounts, registering under someone else's name, or using another person's account without their permission is strictly prohibited.

• You must be the owner of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals
• You must complete KYC verification if requested

Account Security

Deposits

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals are processed by default through the same method used for the deposit. Bonus winnings can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.

KYC verification may be required to comply with anti-money laundering policies. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Prohibited Actions

• Depositing and immediately withdrawing without any intention to play — only to extract bonus funds

First Deposit Bonus

mmr9 offers a 120% bonus on your first deposit, up to 500,000 Ks. For example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 44,000 Ks. A wagering requirement of 240,000 Ks (24,000 Ks × 10) must be met before withdrawal.
• Deposit 840,000 Ks (bonus capped at 500,000 Ks) and receive a 500,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 1,340,000 Ks. A wagering requirement of 5,000,000 Ks must be met before withdrawal.

The bonus wagering requirement is the bonus amount × 10. Only winnings generated from the bonus can be withdrawn once the wagering requirement is fully met.

VIP Tiers and Cashback

The mmr9 VIP program has 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

The cashback amount and the weekly reference period are set by mmr9. Cashback is calculated based on your play volume — whether a wagering requirement applies or not will be announced at the time of each cashback offer.

Referral Program

Any registered mmr9 user can refer friends. The referrer will receive —

• A bonus equal to 10% of the referred friend's first deposit (up to 30,000 Ks per person)
• A weekly commission of 0.2% of the friend's valid bets

The detailed terms of the referral program are subject to mmr9's announcements and may change over time.

General Bonus Terms

• The specific terms published for each individual bonus take priority
• If mmr9 detects bonus abuse, the account may be suspended and the bonus funds forfeited
• mmr9 may update or discontinue any bonus program without prior notice
• If mmr9 detects attempts to hedge bets on both sides to meet wagering requirements, the bonus and associated winnings may be voided

Gaming Health

mmr9 puts players' health and well-being first. Gaming should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. Never bet more than your budget allows.

Gaming Limits

Players can request to set their own gaming limits at any time via 24/7 Live Chat. mmr9 may review a player's gaming behaviour and apply limits where necessary. If a player is found to be under 21+, their account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will be handled promptly.

Prohibited Actions

Accounts found to be engaging in any of the following actions may be closed immediately, with limited ability to appeal the decision —

• Using bots, scripts, or automation tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Hacking or intentionally exploiting platform bugs
• Involvement in money laundering or illegal payment activities
• Harassing or threatening other players
• Deliberately attempting to destabilise the platform
• Registering an account with false information

Software / Restriction Violations

Reverse-engineering, copying, or distributing the source code, algorithms, or proprietary software of the platform and games is strictly prohibited. The outcome of all games is determined and verified by mmr9's system, which is considered the definitive record.

Limitation of Liability

Service Suspension
